Development Director (Full Time)
The primary responsibility of this position is leading the Development Team including events, communications, grants, key partners, key churches with a specific emphasis on cultivating new and existing major donors.
Chayah House Director (Full Time)
To facilitate change, in the lives of single women facing crisis, for Christ. This is done through directing a transitional living home which assists the ladies with sobriety, life skills, Christian discipleship, healthy relationship skills, and employment. This is a live-in position.
Te Veo House Live In Volunteer
The Te Veo House Live-In Volunteer is an unpaid position that offers free Room and Board. The Live-In Volunteer will provide day and overnight “on call” coverage of Te Veo House typically Monday through Thursday. *Female Applicants Only
Facilities Manager (Full-Time)
The purpose of this position is to oversee all the properties, maintenance duties at Open DoorMinistries. The emphasis is to provide staffing in all mentioned areas and come along side staff to provide training and support. The goal is to connect with ODM Volunteer Coordinator to place skilled volunteers and churches into supporting our efforts whenever appropriate.
Lead Teacher (Floater) (Full-time or Part-time position)
The Lead Teacher at the Open Door Learning Center is responsible for planning, implementing, and providing leadership for a developmentally appropriate curriculum for a group of children in a full-day preschool program. This includes assessment and documentation of children’s progress, effective communication with parents, and supervision of assistant teachers and aides.
