Andy is the cofounder and director of Denver's Providence Homes Network, which has served many thousands of men, women, and children since 1987. In 2009 he received the Spiritual Leader Award from the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless. Andy is also pastor of Open Door Fellowship, which he founded in 1984.
Jude and his wife are natives of Colorado and have been in ministry for over 25 years, twelve of those years as founding associate pastors of an inner-city church. Jude serves in the areas of worship and outreach. He brings experience, connections, passion and a Biblical basis for networking the local and global church for practical servanthood.
Garrett graduated from the University if Northern Colorado with a Business Marketing degree. He has 37 years experience in the insurance industry, partnering with his brother in their second generation family agency. He lives in Littleton and enjoys golf, sports, travel, and time with friends. He is active at River Church in Lakewood as a member and trustee.
Rodolfo Garza III
Rudy graduated with a BA in Humanities from the College at Southwestern. He has actively served his community as a supervisor at Union Gospel Mission, an investigator for CPS, and as a youth worker for the Denver Family Crisis Center. Currently he serves as the lead Pastor for Via Church, a new church plant in Denver. He and his wife Cindy enjoy hiking, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Michael has been in pastoral ministry in local churches and para-church organizations since 1989, and joined the ODM Board in 2006. He holds a Master's Degree in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and is married with four children. Michael now works as the Outreach Minister for North Metro Church in Thornton.
Mike is retired from a 27-year career with Johns Manville Corporation where he served as V.P. & General Manager of one of the company's operating divisions. Mike has served for many years as Pastor of Mission Mobilization at Bethany EFC where he and his family have been involved for over 40 years. At ODM, Mike has served on the board for over fifteen years, serving two years as Chairman.
Carol is retired after a 30+ year career as a real estate broker with RE/MAX. Carol attends Southeast Christian Church in Parker and teaches Bible studies, leads small groups and works with Women's Ministries. Carol also serves on the board of Colorado Christian Services, a child placement agency. She and her husband, Larry, have two married sons and three grandsons.
Aeron has served children and families for the last 17 years in the Denver Metro area. Prior to joining New Legacy Charter staff, Aeron served as Director our Open Door Childcare Center and as Assistant Director of Inner City Christian. Aeron enjoys walking alongside others to fulfill their full potential. She enjoys her family and friends and serving her local community.
Dan graduated from Carthage College, in Kenosha, WI, and worked for 10+ years in finance and real estate before becoming the Director of the Ministry Residency Program at Denver Seminary. He lives in Aurora with his wife, Noelle, and their three children and enjoys hiking, golf, and is active at Colorado Community Church. Dan and Noelle are involved in supporting foster care.
Don is an Application Architect with Hewlett Packard and is married with four children. He and his family have been actively involved with Open Door for many years through short term missions teams and school servant leadership opportunities.
Jeremy graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2005 and is an avid Notre Dame football fan. He is a partner at Denver-based law firm Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell, practicing in the areas of insurance coverage and business litigation. Jeremy lives in Denver with his wife and two young children and is active at Fellowship Denver Church.
Dave has served as a Dean of Students and Faculty at two Bible colleges, served as adjunct faculty for Denver Seminary and Moody Bible Institute and Pastor of Christian Education in Michigan and Colorado and currently serves as Executive Pastor of Ministries at Crossroads Community Church in Parker. Dave and his wife have served the Lord together since their marriage in 1972 and have three grown children.
Danielle, our Board Chairperson, is the Ministries Pastor at WaterStone Community Church. Her job involves developing church staff, facilitating the South JeffCo Church Collaboration, and partnering with Jefferson County Human Services. She has been an ODM partner since 1998. Danielle likes to spend her free time hiking, kayaking, and being outdoors with her husband and four kids.
Reed has worked in the nonprofit industry for over 12 years. He served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer then studied architectural design. Now Reed works for the Denver Rescue Mission and runs a nonprofit, New Man Connection. Reed enjoys traveling with his family, graphic design & collecting G.I.Joe figures. He lives in Aurora with his wife Ericka and two daughters; they attend Colorado Community Church.
Cassie graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in industrial technology and currently works as a Learning Systems Coordinator at a manufacturing faculty with a focus on emotional intelligence training. Cassie lives in Denver with her husband Shane and they spend time with the Open Door youth, their family and their dog.
Patrick has been actively involved in the oil and gas industry for twenty-five years. His association with ODM started almost a decade ago and over the years has expanded serving on the Board of Directors, including a four-year term as Chairman. Patrick is also currently the Board Treasurer for North Littleton Promise. He lives in urban Littleton with his wife and three kids and is an avid runner.
Kim is the Business Director for Open Door Ministries. In addition to serving as the main finance and business staff member for ODM since its inception, Kim is involved with strategic planning and executive staff decisions.
David has been on staff with Open Door Fellowship since June 1996 and has been the Executive Director of Open Door Ministries since 1997. Throughout that time, he was instrumental in starting the Chayah House ministry in 1996, establishing Open Door Ministries in 1997, and starting the evening service of Open Door Fellowship in January 2000. He is married with three children.
